Privacy:

Your data will not be sold or shared.  Upon request your profile will be deleted.

Cancellations:  

To cancel your recurring membership please email us at contact@ashlandheroacademy.com seven (7) days before your scheduled draw date.

Refunds:

If you need a refund on a purchase, email us within seven (7) days of your purchase and we will issue your refund promptly.  Please allow for a few business days for your refund to be processed and returned to your account.

Services Provided:

Monthly Memberships.  These membership automatically renew every month unless we receive written notice of cancellation. (see above).

Punchcards:  Our punchcards do not expire and can be transferred to another individual at the written request of the buyer.  Once transferred the buyer relinquishes all rights.

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel membership at any time.
